About the farm

Horizon Farm is a unique countryside destination located between Edinburgh and Carlisle. Our farm has been carefully developed into a welcoming visitor attraction, offering a combination of fresh local produce, family-friendly activities, and a relaxing rural environment.

At Horizon Farm, we aim to create an enjoyable experience for all visitors. Whether you are travelling through the area, planning a family day out, or simply looking for high-quality local food, our farm provides something for everyone.

Our farm shop offers a wide range of fresh and delicious products. These include jams, preserves, free-range eggs, fresh bacon, and a variety of homemade goods. All of our products are either produced on the farm or sourced from trusted local suppliers to ensure excellent quality and freshness.

We are especially proud of our free-range eggs, which are laid by chickens raised on our farm in a natural environment. In addition, our pork is reared in nearby fields, giving it a rich and distinctive flavour that reflects the quality of our farming methods.

Visitors can also enjoy a selection of award-winning pies with a variety of fillings, handmade chocolates, local honey and marmalade, as well as freshly baked breads and cakes made on-site. We also stock a range of locally sourced drinks including fruit juices, wines, beers and ciders.

Our farm also produces fresh vegetables grown in our own garden, allowing customers to enjoy seasonal produce that is both healthy and environmentally friendly.

Monday to Saturday – 8.00am to 5.00pm

Sunday – 9.00am to 4.30pm
